Master's degree preferred * 1+ years (Associate) or 4+ years (AVP) of data analysis, business analysis, and reporting experience; 1+ years (Associate) or 4+ years (AVP) of system development or project management experience. 1+ years of financial or banking industry experience preferred * Risk management experience preferred (credit risk, market risk, etc.); Banking experience and management experience preferred for AVP * Demonstrate solid coding and programming skills, such as SQL, Python, etc., and strong data analysis skills to work with large scale of dataset and systems * Solid understanding of database and information systems concepts, including SQL Server and data warehousing, and general understanding of financial products, banking and lending products, and industry practices * Understanding of financial regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239) preferred, especially for AVP * Professional certifications such as CBAP, FRM, PMP, or CFA preferred * Bilingual ability in Chinese preferred but not required ## Description This position is to lead from technical perspective the reports automation and data analysis related efforts to support the ERM-RDA Team Lead in running the overall RDA program at the bank.
