Preferred * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification. * Experience with terminal access tools such as PuTTY or SSH. * Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Syslog, Nagios, or similar platforms. * Cisco or other role-relevant certifications. Working Conditions and Requirements * On-site work in secure data center environments. * Ability to work in non-office temperature conditions. * Ability to safely lift and move equipment using proper tools and procedures. * Willingness to follow and enforce all safety practices and training requirements. ## Description The Role: Network Infrastructure Supervisor This role leads the day-to-day execution of network infrastructure operations within a Switch data center. You supervise technicians on shift, ensure work is completed safely and correctly, and act as the first point of escalation for operational issues. Your focus is consistency, service quality, and keeping the team aligned to established processes in a 24/7 environment.
