Complete all required forms in personal writing. ## Description Hope the Mission's ability to serve people experiencing homelessness depends not just on having good programs - it depends on being able to prove it. To funders, to partners, and to the communities we serve. Data is how that proof happens. The Data Manager makes sure that data is accurate, trustworthy, and actually useful across the entire program department. Reporting to the Director of Data & Evaluation, the Data Manager leads a team of Data Coordinators and quality assurance staff. They oversee data management, analysis, contract compliance, and HMIS systems. This role requires both technical skill and leadership ability - analyzing complex data sets, setting and enforcing quality standards, training staff, and turning findings into clear recommendations that program leaders can act on. The Data Manager works across all program areas to make sure participant records, funder reports, and compliance documents consistently meet the highest standard of accuracy. When data systems work the way they should, programs can spot gaps, make adjustments, and show their impact.
