## About the Role

Do you have experience in Xero?, * Hardcore work ethic and high agency

 * 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React (Next.js a strong plus)
 * Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript: scoping, closures, context, prototypes, classes, etc
 * Strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility and usability principles
 * Experience building and testing APIs; comfort with HTTP, Postman, and debugging
 * Clear product thinking, eye for polish and attention to design details
 * Pragmatic mindset: you move forward fast
 * Curiosity and autonomy - you dig in, learn fast and solve problems without waiting
 * Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication

## Description

As our Staff Frontend Engineer, you'll build and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You'll operate with full ownership: deploy daily and make fast decisions., * Build, ship and own major parts of the product UI in React + Next.js

 * Design and optimize interactive experiences that make complex workflows simple
 * Work closely with product, design and backend to ensure seamless integration and clarity
 * Contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility and responsiveness across browsers
 * Help define our frontend system and component library as we scale
 * Elevate the quality of the product through thoughtful details, * Pragmatic: you like to move forward and make decisions based in reality (not theory). We don't debate if Cassandra has the most theoretical scalability - we use Postgres until it breaks
