 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

## Description

Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clinical and operational decision-making., * Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data models.

 * Design and support ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
 * Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
 * Collaborate with analytics, data warehouse, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 * Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
