 * PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products.
 * Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework
 * Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., * Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent
 * Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Communication: Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Certifications: Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM

## Description

* Backlog & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.
 * Process Improvement: Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.
 * Agile Leadership: Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.
 * System Ownership: Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.
