LeaseWorks provides software that helps aircraft lessors and airlines manage the full lifecycle of leased aircraft, including portfolio management, contracts, maintenance reserves, invoicing, technical records, utilization tracking, and workflow automation. This role is primarily focused on Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and platform scalability. You will design and deliver complex features across multiple business domains while ensuring the platform remains reliable, maintainable, and aligned with engineering best practices. Our engineering team embraces AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation.
