The ideal candidate will come from a leading System Integrator (SI) or Consulting organization and possess extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA programs involving Aerospace & Defense processes, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Aircraft Fleet Management, Asset Management, Supply Chain, and Defense logistics operations. This role combines executive-level program leadership, solution architecture oversight, business transformation consulting, and client relationship management., Program Leadership & Transformation * Lead multi-million-dollar SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within Aerospace & Defense organizations. * Define strategic roadmaps for modernization of legacy ERP and maintenance systems. * Establish program governance, risk management, quality assurance, and executive reporting frameworks. * Manage global delivery teams across functional, technical, integration, and change management workstreams. * Ensure successful delivery of SAP programs within budget, scope, and timeline.
