## Description

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based data and ML platforms
 * Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders and Databricks Professional Services teams
 * Provide technical leadership across delivery squads, helping set the standard for engineering excellence
 * Translate business challenges into robust, scalable technical solutions
 * Mentor, line-manage and develop engineers across the wider capability
 * Contribute to knowledge sharing, capability development and technical best practice within our Databricks Centre of Excellence
 * Support the continued growth of Kubrick's Databricks capability across clients and industries
