Preferred Qualifications: * Background working in Healthcare. * Experience supporting ambulatory care, infusion, physician practice, or multi-site healthcare operations. * Familiarity with identity/access management, endpoint management, and cloud-based IT environments. * Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS/IT management platforms. ## Description Local Infusion is seeking an IT Director to oversee the company's IT strategy, infrastructure, and operational readiness as we continue rapid national expansion. This role will primarily manage our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship and ensure successful IT deployment and support across hundreds of future ambulatory infusion center (AIC) sites. The IT Director will serve as the primary internal owner of IT operations, center stand-up coordination, HIPAA/security compliance, and enterprise IT processes.
