 * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js projects
 * Experience building accessible user interfaces and applying WCAG accessibility standards
 * Comfortable working with REST / GraphQL APIs
 * Experience with modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS Modules, BEM, or similar)
Git-based workflows, pull requests, and peer code review

Strong understanding of the following:

 * Next.js App Router & Page Router
 * React patterns, hooks, state management, and component architecture
 * Rendering strategies (SSR / SSG / ISR / CSR)
 * Client vs server components & hydration
 * Performance optimization & bundle size management
 * Semantic HTML

Nice to Haves:

 * Experience working with headless CMS environments (Sitecore AI/XM Cloud or similar)
 * Exposure to A/B testing, middleware, or edge functions
 * Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
 * Agency, consulting, or customer-facing project experience working across multiple concurrent projects and client teams
 * Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools

## Description

* Build and maintain modern React and Next.js front-end implementations across multiple customer projects
 * Develop scalable, reusable, UI components and front-end architectures
 * Translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible user experiences
 * Own front-end features throughout full project lifecycle, from requirements and technical discovery through implementation, QA, and release
 * Integrate with backend services, APIs, and headless CMS platforms while handling real-world edge cases
 * Optimize application performance using appropriate Next.js rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR)
 * Collaborate with designers, project managers, backend developers, and project teams to delivery high quality digital experiences
 * Contribute to coding standards, architectural decisions, code reviews, and front-end best practices
 * Participate in project estimation, technical discovery, and solution planning
