## About the Role

Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, This is a role for experienced technicians who are confident working independently, making technical decisions, and tackling repairs beyond basic component replacement. You'll work with a wide variety of desktop and laptop systems, performing advanced diagnostics and repairs that directly impact our success., * 3+ years of professional computer repair experience

 * Strong understanding of computer hardware architecture and troubleshooting methodologies
 * Experience diagnosing motherboard, power delivery, and firmware-related issues
 * Experience updating and troubleshooting BIOS and firmware
 * Ability to independently diagnose complex hardware failures
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday, * Experience working with Dell, HP, Lenovo, and enterprise-class systems
 * Familiarity with hardware diagnostic software and testing tools
 * Experience with board-level repair or soldering is a plus

## Description

* Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computer hardware
 * Perform advanced motherboard and component-level troubleshooting
 * Diagnose POST failures, boot issues, power faults, and intermittent hardware problems
 * Update, configure, and troubleshoot BIOS and firmware across multiple platforms
 * Install and replace CPUs, memory, storage devices, cooling systems, and other hardware components
 * Validate repairs through software and hardware testing procedures
 * Evaluate systems for cosmetic condition and document repair requirements
 * Maintain repair quality standards while meeting productivity goals
 * Share technical knowledge and contribute to process improvements
 * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
