 * Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm highly preferred

* Manage and resolve Tier 1 service desk request
 * Track and resolve service tickets in a timely manner
 * Keep up to date with firm's applications, Microsoft 365, and other documentation systems
 * Monitor incidents to identify trends, determine cause, and work with technical teams to find solutions
