M.S. Server, VMware Server, SQL Server & Citrix Server. * Hands on experience with LAN/WAN technologies. * Excellent problem-solving skills, hardware & software troubleshooting skills and use of remote management systems. * Courteous and professional always, especially under stress. * Well organized and detail driven with strong interpersonal skills and initiative. * Reliable and responsible, able to respond quickly to support calls, on weeknights or weekends. * Ability to work in team environment. * Aptitude and desire for new knowledge. * Ability to read, comprehend and learn. * Ability to solve problems, teach others and make decisions on a daily basis. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires driving a vehicle as necessary for errands and business-related meetings. Employee and/or applicant must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle History check and possess and maintain a current valid driver's license in their state of residence.
