## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * 1-3 years of SaaS product support experience (NOT traditional IT/MS helpdesk)

 * Strong understanding of:

 * Gateways, antennas, Wi-Fi interference
 * Browser/software troubleshooting
