Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving are paramount to success in this position, as is the ability to multitask and collaborate with others. The purpose of this position is to be the primary EHR support for the agency. Responsibilities will include password resets, communication and collaboration on form creation, general troubleshooting and support, and end user training.
