This role combines technical support, networking setup, device deployment, inventory management, and occasional on-site field work across our Lone Tree/Centennial headquarters and our Denver and Colorado Springs locations. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting the technology that keeps our teams productive - from configuring new laptops to setting up small office networks, managing user accounts, and providing remote support for day-to-day issues. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can confidently move between help-desk tasks and hands-on technical setup. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with the opportunity to shape our IT processes, improve reliability, and ensure smooth operations across all locations.
