 * Technical Skills:

 * SAS product expertise (Base SAS, Macro, PROC SQL, data steps, SAS Hash programming) .

 * Linux, JBoss, Apache, shell scripting.

 * Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos)

 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

## Description

* Platform Administration: Maintain and operate the SAS analytics environment, including configuration, user management, application bug fixes, and security patches.

 * User Access Control: Use SAS Management Console to grant or revoke permissions, ensuring users can only access authorized data and reports .

 * Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage SAS product installations, upgrades, and patching; perform capacity planning and hardware/software recommendations .

 * Support & Incident Management: Investigate, escalate, and resolve production support incidents; maintain disaster recovery procedures

· Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain platform security via SAS metadata and Linux; enforce 508 accessibility standards ·
Collaboration: Work with developers to maintain in-place programs, support coding issues, and provide best practices for analytics processes

 * Change Management: Execute change management processes for new SAS releases; document configurations and procedures
