## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Network support?, * Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic PC troubleshooting.

 * Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
 * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
 * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required):

 * Familiarity with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
 * Knowledge of Hyper-V, firewall/router fundamentals, and general backup systems.
 * Experience with advanced networking concepts.

Additional Requirements:

 * A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

## Description

* Reset login passwords and manage user access.
 * Set up and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and services.
 * Configure new workstations and install essential software.
 * Diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware issues.
 * Manage whitelisting/blacklisting for various security services.
