* 1-3 years of clerical or administrative support experience within a HR department is preferred
 * Positive, team-oriented attitude, ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
 * Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Data Entry, Spreadsheets, etc.)
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to compose and prepare correspondence and documents
 * Ability to maintain confidentiality and considerable discretion with regard to records and files
 * Experience with electronic document management, handling files and sensitive information
 * Well organized with the ability to complete work with a strong attention to detail
 * Ability to handle a large volume of work under minimal supervision

## Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your career City of College Station is looking for a Human Resources Front Desk Support Clerk to assist HR partners at their corporate office., * Provide support to departments in areas such as answering incoming calls, greeting office visitors, issuing ID badges, providing information, and referring advanced questions to appropriate staff members.

 * Perform tasks related to data entry and electronic maintenance of employee information, document scanning, copying, research, classifying, filing, storing, auditing, and other record management activities.
 * Provide general recruiting support, to include but not limited to pre-employment processing, preparing information and other administrative onboarding tasks.
 * Provide administrative support to the HR department, in areas such event support, HR programming and staff support.
