This position is located in Bethesda, MD and is a remote/hybrid position. Responsibilities This role's responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Support the Tools Team objectives + Assist with reviewing threshold and performance monitoring to enhance reporting of metrics to inform trend analysis and capacity planning. Assist with optimizing CIT's existing comprehensive suite of tools used to manage the NIH networks. + Provide initial analysis of recommendations for augmenting and consolidating tools to maximize functionality and return on investments.
