* 5+ years of Magento (Magento 2 preferred) experience with a focus on performance optimization
 * Experience optimizing Magento in cloud environments (Azure preferred)

Technical Expertise

 * Strong expertise in Varnish, Redis, and CDN configurations
 * Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and Magento architecture
 * Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools (New Relic preferred)

Cloud & Infrastructure

 * Experience with Azure App Services and Azure MySQL Flexible Server
 * Familiarity with CDN platforms (Akamai, Cloudflare, or Azure Front Door)

Performance & Security

 * Database optimization (indexing, query tuning)
 * Understanding of WAF, caching layers, and performance-security interactions

Preferred Skills

 * Understanding of eCommerce industry best practices and user experience considerations.
 * Experience with traffic management and load balancing.
 * Knowledge of DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
 * Experience with Magento upgrades (2.4.x)
 * Familiarity with headless commerce architectures and API-driven integrations
 * Exposure to observability practices and dashboarding (New Relic, Datadog)
 * Experience supporting high-traffic B2C platforms
