For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required. ## Description The Principal Quality Systems Specialist plays a critical role in supporting large-scale enterprise system implementations across Medtronic, enabling the successful execution of Wave deployments. This position manages the high volume and complexity of activities required to prepare the organization for system deployment, including role and context mapping, training coordination and delivery, and user readiness initiatives. The role supports enterprise-wide alignment across multiple functions and stakeholders to ensure deployment timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met. The Principal Quality Systems Specialist leads coordination of implementation activities, facilitates training and change readiness efforts, and helps ensure that users are prepared for system adoption at go-live. By overseeing these efforts, the role mitigates risk related to deployment schedule delays, business and financial impacts, and gaps in user readiness. This position is essential to managing the scale and complexity of cross-functional implementation work while supporting successful system adoption and sustained operational performance.
