We're seeking an organized professional to help support families, coordinate services, manage documentation, communicate with providers, and keep operations running smoothly., * Bilingual Spanish-speaking highly preferred

 * Strong computer skills required
 * Comfortable learning and working in multiple software platforms
 * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
 * Professional, dependable, and accountable
 * Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
 * Team player with a positive attitude
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Scheduler, Customer Service Representative, HR Assistant, or a similar office-based role is preferred.

## Description

Meet with us and we will work together to determine which position is the best fit for you. We currently have four open positions.

 * Communicate with families by phone, email, and text
 * Help families complete required paperwork and documentation
 * Follow up on outstanding items and keep cases moving forward
 * Maintain accurate records and case information
 * Coordinate with families, providers, and internal departments
 * Assist with scheduling and administrative support
 * Monitor deadlines and ensure required documents are received
 * Learn and navigate multiple software systems throughout the day
 * Support day-to-day office operations
