Non-citizens, including lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), are not eligible for this role. ## Description BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an Okta / IAM Specialist (Full or Part Time). The Okta / IAM Specialist supports the Interim Reporting Information System (IRIS) Retirement Readiness initiative by providing guidance, validation, and troubleshooting support for Okta-based identity solutions implemented by agency teams. This role is responsible for ensuring secure and accurate user provisioning, attribute mapping, and access control as agencies transition from IRIS to modern identity platforms. Three Okta / IAM Specialist resources will be deployed under a common role definition, aligned to specialized functional areas to support parallel transition waves, agency onboarding, and end-to-end identity integration for over 150 applications.
