OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience in data management, reporting, or accountability systems, including two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience. Additional requirements: * Experience with enterprise data systems (e.g., Colleague, ADVANSYS, LEIS, Informer). * Experience with state and/or federal reporting (Title II preferred). * Experience ensuring data accuracy and compliance. * Experience supervising or leading data/reporting staff. * Strong organizational and deadline management skills. * Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools., * Bachelor's degree or higher. * Experience in a community college or CCR environment. * Experience with training or technical instruction for staff. * Experience with institutional reporting or accountability systems, * Knowledge of adult education reporting and compliance requirements. * Experience with enterprise data systems (e.g., Colleague, ADVANSYS, LEIS). * Strong data analysis, validation, and reporting skills. * Ability to supervise and support staff effectively. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures. * Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. * Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Working Conditions: Typical office environment with frequent use of computers and data systems. Frequently sits for extended periods while using a computer, keyboard, and phone. Frequently communicates with leadership, faculty, staff, and external partners in person, virtually, and by telephone. Occasionally travels between campus locations and infrequently lifts or carry items up to 15 pounds. ## Description The Assistant Director, Data Management & Accountability provides leadership and operational oversight for data systems, reporting, and accountability functions within the College and Career Readiness (CCR) department. Reporting to the Executive Director of CCR (or Dean), this position ensures accurate data management, compliance with state and federal requirements, and timely submission of required reports., 1. Supervise CCR data staff responsible for data entry, reporting, and records management. 2. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of CCR data and required reports. 3. Manage CCR data systems (Colleague, ADVANSYS, LEIS, Informer, Tableau, Power BI). 4. Coordinate preparation and submission of state and federal reports, including LEIS. 5. Monitor data quality and resolve errors or discrepancies. 6. Develop and maintain data procedures, workflows, and internal controls. 7. Provide training and technical support on data systems and reporting requirements. 8. Serve as liaison with Institutional Effectiveness, IT, and external agencies. 9. Develop reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making. 10. Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation of data tools. 11. Ensure compliance with Title II Adult Education reporting requirements. 12. Support audits and maintain required documentation standards. 13. Collaborate with CCR leadership to improve reporting processes. 14. Attend trainings and meetings related to data and accountability. 15.
