## About the Role

* Experience supporting ServiceNow ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, or related technology governance initiatives.
 * Experience supporting project delivery in IT Asset Management, technology operations, regulatory, compliance, risk, or audit-related environments.
 * Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams under tight timelines.
 * Ability to develop structured documentation, status reports, trackers, meeting notes, and follow-up actions with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
 * Working knowledge of ITAM concepts such as asset inventory, software and hardware lifecycle management, ownership, entitlement tracking, and governance controls.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
 * Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM/SAMPro modules and CMDB, Jira and Confluence
