 * Efficient troubleshooting of problems with precision and grace
 * Azure cloud environment administration
 * Citrix XenDesktop VDI management
 * Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online administration
 * Azure AD, Conditional Access, SSO, Data Classification
 * Azure Files management
 * Strong experience configuring Windows 10 and MS Office in an enterprise environment
 * Previous experience creating virtual desktop images
 * Strong troubleshooting skills
 * Strong Apple iOS skills
 * Windows Server management including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
 * Powershell automation
 * Microsoft Exchange
 * Working knowledge of Cisco IOS, network troubleshooting, Cisco Call Manager, SQL, Darktrace, Varonis Data Advantage
 * Windows Server Update Services

## Description

* Lokking for a self-starter who learns quickly and is eager to take on any task assigned. The Systems Engineer will serve as a security-minded technical resource for in the oversight and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and operations including:
Virtual Desktops

 + Support end-user workstation capabilities including design and implementation of one or more images.
Support and manage a Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment on Citrix Cloud
