* 3+ years of customer-facing IT support experience
 * Experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Audio/Video, and VOIP systems
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Active Driver's License
 * High School Diploma or equivalent, * Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
 * Experience with Mac/iOS environments
 * Knowledge of networking, VOIP, collaboration tools, and server technologies
 * Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

## Description

Seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, network equipment, servers, Audio/Video systems, telephony, and related technologies. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, project coordination, and end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Install, configure, and support workstations, servers, network, AV, and voice systems

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
 * Lead and support IT projects and technology deployments
 * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
 * Coordinate with internal IT teams, engineers, and business stakeholders
 * Maintain documentation and follow IT policies and procedures.
