## About the Role

+ Proven experience as a Workforce Management Manager or Supervisor

 + Hands-on experience with WFM systems (UKG and/or Infor)

 + Experience supporting system migrations or implementations

 + Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and labor systems

 + Experience managing production support and system operations

 + Familiarity with HCM integrations (e.g., Workday) is a plus

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Workforce Management (WFM) Manager to support an immediate contract need. This role will oversee day-to-day WFM operations while helping guide a system migration from Infor Workforce Management to UKG WFM Pro, integrated with a broader HCM platform.

This is a great opportunity for a player-coach leader who can manage a small team while staying actively involved in system operations and implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

 + Manage a small team of WFM analysts (day-to-day oversight and support)

 + Oversee current-state operations within Infor Workforce Management

 + Manage incoming work and ticket flow (ServiceNow or similar systems)

 + Support and guide the migration to UKG WFM Pro

 + Partner with cross-functional teams to support system integration with HCM platforms

 + Balance operational responsibilities with implementation planning and execution
