Preferred Qualifications * Direct experience supporting AEGIS Foreign Military Sales (FMS) baselines. * Prior U.S. Navy experience supporting AEGIS destroyers, cruisers, combat systems, missile defense systems, or related warfare programs. * Experience with Combat Systems Engineering Agent (CSEA), shipboard integration, land-based test sites, or developmental testing environments. * Experience leading or coordinating technical test teams. * Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership, review boards, Navy stakeholders, and international customers. * Familiarity with systems engineering, requirements traceability, verification and validation, and Agile development processes. ## Description The Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer provides technical leadership and hands-on support for the testing, integration, and evaluation of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AEGIS Combat System (ACS) and AEGIS Weapon System (AWS) baselines. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience with AEGIS systems and understands the processes associated with system verification, validation, integration, and performance assessment in support of U.S. Navy and international customer requirements. This position works closely with government stakeholders, software and hardware developers, and Navy representatives to ensure AEGIS capabilities are thoroughly tested, documented, and validated prior to delivery and deployment.
