Preferred * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Familiarity with dealership software and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), including VinSolutions and related platforms, is a plus. * Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations. * Knowledge of routers, switches, firewall troubleshooting, and basic network infrastructure. * Experience with IP security camera systems and surveillance equipment. * Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and hardware lifecycle management. * Experience using ticketing systems and maintaining technical documentation. * Strong experience supporting Apple desktops, laptops, and macOS environments. * Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, access management, and technology best practices., * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * IT support or a related technical role. : 5 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) ## Description RightDrive is seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Systems Administrator to support our growing dealership network. This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of company's technology systems across multiple locations. The IT Systems Administrator will provide remote and on-site support, oversee hardware inventory and lifecycle management, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and recommend technology upgrades that improve efficiency and scalability. This individual will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, protecting company technology assets, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to deliver exceptional service to customers. This position is based in El Paso, Texas, and supports multiple RightDrive locations.
