This role ensures that components integrate into a reliable, testable, and releasable system prior to formal QA validation, supported by objective test evidence and clear risk assessment. The Lead Integration & System Test Engineer serves as the single integration authority, responsible for readiness decisions, gating releases from Engineering into QA, and reducing late-stage integration risk.
