## Description

* Support SAP Benefits Administration and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
 * Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
 * Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
 * Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
 * Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work
 * Prepare and maintain functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments.
 * Work closely with ABAP HR technical team and integration teams for enhancements.
 * Adhere to project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
