## Description

* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and basic Active Directory user administration.
 * Assist users with password resets, account access, software installations, and system configurations.
 * Manage incident and service requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
 * Perform workstation setup, deployment, imaging, and user onboarding/offboarding activities.
 * Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, and remote access tools.
 * Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and documentation of support activities.
 * Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
 * Ensure timely resolution of tickets while meeting SLA requirements and delivering excellent customer service.
