## About the Role

* 8+ years of software development experience

 * 2+ years of experience building mobile applications with a cross-platform tool (Kotlin Multiplatform or React Native)

 * Experience developing apps for iOS and Android platforms (Swift and Kotlin languages)

 * Deep knowledge of architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC)

 * Experience with releasing applications in the app stores

 * Experience with git or other distributed version control systems

 * Experience with testing and automation tools

 * Good communication skills

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience

Preferred:

 * Experience with C++

 * Experience with integrating with GraphQL APIs

 * Experience with leading without authority

 * Knowledge of secure mobile development principles

 * Experience working with Product and Design to ship ground-breaking features

 * Champion of mobile standards, accessibility

## Description

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

 * Collaborate with Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers, and User Experience experts to craft an experience that will impact the face of farming.

 * Engage with your team to provide technical designs and estimates for solutions to deliver the outcomes on the roadmap.

 * Guide the architecture of the application, working with all the engineering teams involved in the business unit.

 * Work with an open, inclusive team engineers who are committed to continuous improvement, and quality.

 * Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. On our team we share knowledge, help each other learn new things, and thrive on making our code better.

 * Be a key part of defining and implementing standards and best practices for all our mobile teams.
