## About the Role

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience with Canva and similar software

 * Experience with Digital Design
 * Experience with Video editing on Social Platforms (Like TikTok / Instagram)
 * Experience working on Social Media Platforms
 * Knowledge of WordPress
 * Organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and work independently
 * The ability to manage own workload and time
 * High-quality self-editor eg. professional standards of written, image and video-led communications.
 * A genuine love for social media, trends, hashtags, memes, innovations and social best practices and conversation within the news cycle
 * Excellent team-work / cross-team collaboration, * Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

 * Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
 * Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)

## Description

* Design for Social & Digital Channels - Create high-quality, on-brand visual content for social media platforms and wider marketing channels, including static graphics, carousels, and motion assets.
 * Content Creation & Visual Storytelling - Develop engaging, platform-first content that communicates each client's message clearly and creatively, combining strong design with thoughtful copy where needed.
 * Copywriting for Social Content - Write clear, engaging, and on-brand captions, headlines, and short-form copy that complement visual content and drive audience engagement.
 * Brand Consistency - Ensure all creative output aligns with each client's brand identity, tone of voice, and overall marketing strategy.
 * Collaborative Campaign Development - Work closely with the wider creative and marketing team to develop concepts and execute campaigns that drive engagement and performance.
 * Client Onboarding Support - Contribute to onboarding new clients by helping define visual direction, content styles, and creative approaches that reflect their brand.
 * Video Content - Collaborate with the videographer to create and edit short-form video content. (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
 * Content Optimisation for Platforms - Adapt designs for different platforms and formats, ensuring best practices are followed for performance and engagement.
 * Creative Asset Management - Organise and maintain design files and assets, ensuring efficient workflows and consistency across projects.
 * Client Collaboration - Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand briefs, present ideas, and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives.
