This role ensures stock levels remain accurate and sufficient, supports supply chain and production activities, and contributes to a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment., * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, hardware, and building components against packing slips and documentation. * Label and store incoming materials in designated locations to ensure easy identification and retrieval. * Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, physical audits, and timely system updates in the ERP system. * Track stock levels and proactively flag low inventory, discrepancies, or issues to the supply chain team. * Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to support reordering activities and vendor coordination. * Pick, kit, and stage materials for manufacturing production runs and installation crews according to bills of materials (BOMs) and work orders. * Process inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying documentation and ensuring correct quantities and item details. * Organize and maintain warehouse spaces to ensure clean, efficient, and safe operations, including proper placement of materials and use of shelving. * Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to move and store materials safely and efficiently. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in inventory and material flow processes and suggesting improvements. * Ensure adherence to lean inventory and 5S principles where applicable to improve organization and reduce waste. * Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate material availability and resolve inventory issues., Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, for all positions located in the city and county of San Francisco, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
