 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
 * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, * Hands-on HVAC field experience or related certification/training

 * Clear, confident communicator

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater issues over the phone, identifying root causes and delivering clear solutions
 * Research and resolve installation and product usage issues for contractors and end users
 * Differentiate between technical and business issues and resolve or escalate as needed
 * Accurately document warranty information and detailed case notes for each interaction
 * Follow up promptly to ensure customer issues are resolved
 * Support team members with high-priority technical inquiries
 * Respond to email inquiries related to product information and troubleshooting
 * Assist with multilingual support or Spanish call queues as needed
