 * Strong knowledge of full software development lifecycle.
 * Experience with source control, issue tracking, build, and release tools.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field., * Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Agile, or CI/CD environments.
 * Experience supporting product development from concept through commercialization.
 * Background working with hardware/software integration teams.
 * Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Master's degree in a related technical field.

## Description

* Lead and mentor a small team of embedded software engineers and systems developers.
 * Stay hands-on with embedded software design, development, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
 * Guide software projects from concept through release.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, and business stakeholders.
 * Help define technical direction for current and future software platforms.
 * Improve development processes, coding standards, documentation, and release practices.
 * Support project planning, prioritization, scheduling, and team performance.
 * Ensure software quality, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
