Experience: This position requires 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Salesforce Architect capacity. Experience should include advanced software engineering, full-stack development, and large-scale enterprise systems. Technical Skills: * Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals. * Proven expertise in enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware. * Strong data engineering background including data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and large-scale migrations. * Demonstrated daily use of Generative AI and Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. * Salesforce Architect certifications: Application Architect or System Architect is required., * Experience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with knowledge of NERC compliance. * Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Agentforce, and Field Service Lightning. * Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms. * Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems. * Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification. * Integration Architecture Designer and Data Architecture Designer certifications. * Familiarity with GIS/ESRI integrations. ## Description We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Salesforce Architect. This role involves platform strategy and technical governance, including enterprise customization, integration architecture, data engineering, and AI-augmented delivery.
