## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
 * Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
 * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.

Preferred

 * Experience with PBMs, health plans, pharmacy benefit administration, or healthcare technology platforms.

## Description

* Facilitate requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews.
 * Analyze and document business processes, workflows, system interactions, and integration requirements.
 * Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
 * Partner with stakeholders and engineering leadership to make product decisions, manage tradeoffs, and balance technical constraints with business and customer value.
 * Own and prioritize the product backlog, and release priorities to align business objectives, customer needs, and strategic goals.
 * Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across systems and processes.
 * Develop and execute test plans, perform functional QA, and validate requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality product releases.
 * Perform other related duties as assigned.
