## About the Role

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
 * Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
 * Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 plugin development and custom workflow activities.
 * Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
 * Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 security architecture.
 * Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs.
 * Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a global/UK shift environment.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, customization, and integrations. This role requires working in UK shift hours and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions., * Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.

 * Build and maintain plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and extensions using C# and .NET.
 * Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
 * Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure services.
 * Work with Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate.
 * Support data migration, system enhancements, and version upgrades.
 * Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
 * Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
 * Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management.
 * Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
