* Étudiant(e) en / Licence Pro / Bachelor en informatique ou systèmes d'information
 * Connaissances générales en environnements bureautiques et outils collaboratifs
 * Qualités rédactionnelles et bon relationnel utilisateur
 * Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et esprit de service
 * Des compétences techniques en informatique seraient un atout appréciable, mais c'est avant tout la motivation à apprendre qui fera la différence, * Expérience riche et responsabilisante en DSI PME
 * Vision transverse des problématiques SI
 * Encadrement bienveillant et formateur

## Description

Sous la responsabilité directe du DSI, vous interviendrez sur un périmètre varié :
Support & Exploitation (50%)

 * Réception et traitement des demandes utilisateurs de niveau 1
 * Suivi des incidents auprès des prestataires informatiques
 * Création / suppression de comptes utilisateurs (AD, M365, etc.)
 * Suivi et mise à jour du parc informatique et des licences
 * Participation à la rédaction et mise à jour des procédures

AMOA & Projets (50%)

 * Recueil de besoins utilisateurs et formalisation fonctionnelle
 * Suivi de l'avancement de projets internes (outils, accès, matériel, sécurité…)
 * Coordination avec les prestataires et suivi des livrables
 * Rédaction de comptes rendus, guides utilisateurs, supports de communication
 * Contribution à la gestion documentaire SI
