## About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with hands-on Scrum Master experience to lead large-scale, complex programs within a healthcare payer environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of both traditional PM disciplines and Agile/Scrum frameworks, along with meaningful exposure to healthcare claims processes., *7+ years of IT Project Management experience within the healthcare industry (payer, health plan, or managed care preferred)

 * Hands-on Scrum Master experience with demonstrated command of Scrum ceremonies and frameworks
 * At minimum, a working understanding of healthcare claims processes (submission, adjudication, payment); prior experience with claims platforms, EDI 837/835, or clearinghouse integrations is a strong plus
 * Proven track record managing large, complex programs with significant budgets and cross-functional teams
 * Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies - ability to govern hybrid delivery environments
 * Strong executive communication and presentation skills
 * Experience with vendor and contract management

Nice to have

 * CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification
 * Direct experience in healthcare claims system migrations or implementations
 * Familiarity with HIPAA, HEDIS, or payer compliance frameworks

## Description

* Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
 * Serve as Scrum Master - facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives), manage backlogs, and remove impediments
 * Drive stakeholder engagement at the senior and executive level, including steering committee reporting
 * Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and vendor/contract relationships
 * Develop governance frameworks and maintain rigorous reporting cadence
 * Lead change management efforts and ensure delivery accountability across cross-functional teams
 * Produce executive-ready presentations and project artifacts
