 * Masterisation et enrôlement des postes Windows (Intune) et Mac (JAMF)
 * Support des équipements mobiles (iOS / Android)
 * Gestion du parc matériel et logiciel, inventaires et licences (Azure AD / M365)

Support utilisateurs

 * Assistance bureautique niveau 1 & 2
 * Onboarding et offboarding des collaborateurs
 * Installation et configuration des postes
 * Support des salles de réunion (Teams Room Pro) et accompagnement VIP

Gestion des tickets

 * Traitement et suivi des tickets Jira Service Management
 * Résolution d'incidents sur site et à distance
 * Respect des procédures et mise à jour de la documentation
