This is a backfill role being elevated to require a genuine engineering background, in line with the organization's commitment to building an engineering-first culture across all web domain teams. This manager owns a dedicated slice of the single prioritized backlog, runs a full-stack engineering team, and is accountable for both delivery velocity and technical quality. They partner closely with the Annuity and Life Products, Integration Platform, Self-Service Engagement, and Architecture domain leads to ensure web capabilities are coherent, reusable, and performant across the entire digital platform. This role reports to the Senior Director of Web Modernization within the Digital Ops Modernization organization.
