You thrive in cross-functional environments, embrace diverse perspectives to sharpen your thinking, and communicate insights in ways that resonate with stakeholders across the business - because you know that the best results come from being in it together., * 5-8 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or operations (experience in insurance or insurtech is a plus). * Strong analytical and technical skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau). * Experience working with performance metrics across growth and/or insurance domains (e.g., marketing funnels, retention, claims, underwriting). * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. * Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners. * A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives outcomes. * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. ## Description The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting Hippo's Business Enablement & Insights function by driving analytics across Portfolio Management and Partner Programs, helping business leaders understand portfolio performance, profitability, risk exposure, partner performance, and operational outcomes to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. This role goes beyond traditional reporting-focusing on translating complex data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and risk-aware decision-making. The analyst will partner closely with leaders across business domains to monitor performance, diagnose drivers, and identify opportunities to optimize outcomes across the business.
