Physical Requirements * Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed while performing job duties. * Ability to safely work around warehouse operations and equipment. * Ability to lift and move computer equipment and related technology items. ## Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support for our office and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications, assisting users with business systems, maintaining technology equipment, and providing timely solutions to ensure efficient daily operations. This role will support end users across the organization, including troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, software applications, and warehouse technology systems.
