## About the Role

 * Minimum 3 years of IT Support experience.
 * Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and troubleshooting.
 * Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
 * Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
 * General knowledge of manufacturing-specific applications and systems, preferred.
 * Familiarity with industrial automation systems and equipment, a plus.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to support both office and manufacturing environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering timely, accurate support., * Respond to IT user requests and resolve incidents across office and plant environments.

 * Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile phone support.
 * Support plant operations by participating in IT-related project activities.
 * Image, configure, and deliver new computers to users.
 * Monitor infrastructure needs and reporting to the central team.
 * Manage backup tape changes and ensure proper data handling.
 * Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support complex manufacturing applications, including hardwired/wireless connections and Windows server shared folder permissions.
 * Troubleshoot Cisco AnyConnect client issues.
 * Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project-related work.
